Michael Andrew Hawash was born and raised in England. Mr. Hawash immigrated to the United States with his family in 1981. Mr. Hawash attended The University of Texas at Austin, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Government and a Bachelor of Arts in History.  In 1994, Mr. Hawash obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Houston Law Center, where he also received numerous honors and awards for trial and oral advocacy.

Over the course of 15 years, Mr. Hawash worked for a number of the nation’s most prominent law firms, including: the Washington D.C. based lobbying firm of Verner, Liipfert, Bernhard, McPherson, Hand, Chartered, once recognized by many as the nation’s most powerful law firm; the New Orleans based firm of Adams and Reese, LLP, one of the most well-recognized and influential law firms along the Gulf Coast; and, the Chicago based powerhouse of Seyfarth Shaw, LLP, one of the nation’s largest and most prestigious law firms. While with the aforementioned firms, Mr.Hawash successfully represented many of the nation’s largest corporations and insurance companies in hundreds of lawsuits, involving both commercial and personal injury issues.

Mr. Hawash now uses his vast experience defending corporate America to assist individuals, families, and businesses damaged by corporate negligence and other wrongdoing. Mr. Hawash has and continues to accept a broad spectrum of cases, including those arising out of: maritime, energy, and oilfield personal injury; products liability; professional malpractice; wrongful death; insurance bad faith; commercial and industrial accidents; fraud; breach of contract; and deceptive trade practices.

Mr. Hawash resides in Houston, Texas with his wife, Tori, and son, Luke.
